How does per-workspace pricing work?
Every plan is billed per workspace, per month. Launch includes one user, Growth three, Scale and Agency as many as you need. You never pay per seat: add teammates to your workspace within the plan's allowance.
What is the beta price?
Beta testers get Growth at €49.90 per month instead of €79, locked for their first year. Sign up during the beta and the price stays on your account for twelve months, whatever the public price does.
How does the Agency plan work?
Agency is €299 per month for your own workspace, plus €49 per client workspace. Each client gets a separate workspace with its own domains, mailboxes and reporting, and you decide what each client can see and do.
What are enrich credits?
Enrich credits let you find and verify email addresses and enrich contacts with company data directly in Beeving. Every plan includes a monthly allowance (150, 500 or 1,500 credits). Unused credits don't roll over.
How many domains and mailboxes can I connect?
Launch: 2 domains and 20 mailboxes. Growth: 8 domains and 80 mailboxes. Scale: 32 domains and 320 mailboxes. Agency: the same allowances per client workspace. Every mailbox gets warmup and rotation, no extra fees.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans get 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). You can switch from monthly to annual anytime from your account settings.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial ends and you choose the plan that fits. No charge before you decide: your data stays safe, you just lose access to sending until you subscribe.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Is there a contract or commitment?
